Home About Us Aims & Objective Governing Body Activities An Appeal .

We have, as a first step, set up a Prosthetic & Orthotic Centre in New Delhi where amputees are being fitted with technologically advanced artificial limbs. Most cannot afford these hence they seek an easier way out... use crutches ... use walkers ... use wheel chairs. We at ISHWAR are fitting the needy and poor with the state of art artificial limbs so that they become independent, confident and be like - the rest of us. The Society has already fitted a large number of amputees, two of these being the Karol Bagh Bomb Blast victims. This was in consequence to a letter written by the Society President, Mr. Surinder Mehta to the then Prime Minister Shri I.K. Gujral.
